At Verob Fashion Imports, we proudly curate top Colombian brands in luxury ponchos, handmade hats, and exclusive ribbons for hat customization. Every item is a reflection of Colombian artistry, heritage, and premium design.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or stitching are part of their authenticity and will not be considered defects.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived defective or in error.
